Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Tim brings more than 20 years of GovTech leadership, including executive roles at Accela and Springbrook Software where he helped scale companies and lead successful exits; as CEO of AEQUO Consulting, he advises government technology companies on strategy and governance. As the current Mayor of Sherwood, Oregon and a longtime legislative advocate, he knows the mechanics of the Oregon legislature intimately and lives the frustrations LobbySherpa solves. He ensures the product addresses real policy problems with the nuance and accuracy government stakeholders demand.
Ian Swanson
Co-Founder & CTO
Ian is a product and technology builder with more than a decade of experience scaling software in regulated markets. At Lightspeed Systems he built the product organization from the ground up and launched two products to millions of students, and he has since led digital transformation for the City of Portland and Multnomah County. He has worked with AI in product development since 2018 and brings that depth to LobbySherpa's platform.
Sharon Rosener
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Sharon brings more than 23 years of leadership in nonprofit healthcare finance, spanning accounting, CFO leadership, and complex, compliance-driven operations at major public-serving institutions, including Oregon Health & Science University. At LobbySherpa, she ensures strong alignment between operational discipline, ethical governance, and scalable AI — supporting sustainable growth and long-term public trust.
Megan Swanson
Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer
Megan leads growth at LobbySherpa, specializing in translating complex policy and government processes into clear, engaging messaging. She has years of experience partnering with municipalities and public agencies, with a background in strategic marketing, public-sector storytelling, and audience growth. She shapes the data-driven go-to-market strategy for software working at the intersection of technology, government, and advocacy.
